After taking on board the feedback given to me via the peer critique, I have selected these images to present to Fortna.

WE ARE DEDICATED TO COMPLYING FULLY WITH THE LETTER AND SPIRIT OF THE LAWS, RULES AND ETHICAL PRINCIPLES THAT GOVERN US.

Our assets are our people, capital and reputation. If any of those are ever diminished, the last is the most difficult to restore.

WE WILL NOT BREACH OUR CLIENTS’ CONFIDENCES OR USE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IMPROPERLY OR CARELESSLY.

To breach a confidence or to use confidential information improperly or carelessly would be unthinkable.

I love the way that the address is printed on the front of this ink pot, giving the image a definitive link to Milton Keynes. Additionally, the aqua blue really pops and draws the eye in.

INTEGRITY AND HONESTY ARE AT THE HEART OF OUR BUSINESS.

We expect our people to maintain high ethical standards in everything they do, both in their work for the firm and in their personal lives.

I strongly felt that the lion statues leading up to the Pagoda could be used to represent integrity, honesty, determination or confidentiality. I definitely prefer this image, which is less clustered than the others taken on the day. The others are strong, but if I am to use a wide shot of the Peace Pagoda it would make those feel a little repetitive. This image has strong, simple framing and really shows off the puffed out chest of the lion, which strongly represents integrity and honesty.

WE HAVE AN UNCOMPROMISING DETERMINATION TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN EVERYTHING WE UNDERTAKE.

We take great pride in the professional quality of our work. Though we may be involved in a wide variety and heavy volume of activity, we would, if it came to a choice, rather be best than biggest.

This is the type of shot you would expect to see from Great Linford Manor. I like this picture, however the fact that the path and the centre of the house aren't parallel is very distracting to me. Perhaps even more distracting is the overbearing trees and branches. If I had lens that had a greater field of view I might have been able to get a cleaner shot of the front of the Manor.

WE STRESS CREATIVITY AND IMAGINATION IN EVERYTHING WE DO.

While recognising that the old way may still be the best way, we constantly strive to find a better solution to a Client’s problems. We pride ourselves on having pioneered many of the practices and techniques that will become standard in the industry.

I found it hard to locate a good vantage point of a roundabout in Milton Keynes. I didn't want to take an image on street level as this wouldn't give the viewer an impressionable view. Luckily there was a foot path cross bridge that closely over looked this particular roundabout. I'm glad i managed to get this shot down as it is probably one of the most iconic things Milton Keynes is known for.

WE MAKE AN UNUSUAL EFFORT TO IDENTIFY AND RECRUIT THE VERY BEST PERSON FOR EVERY JOB.

Although our activities are measured in millions of dollars, we select our people one by one. In a service business, we know that without the best people, we cannot be the best firm.

I really enjoy this image. It has excellent framing and the timing is perfect to present the swans in-line with the centre of the image.

OUR MEN AND WOMEN MUST REFLECT THE DIVERSITY OF THE COMMUNITIES AND CULTURES IN WHICH WE OPERATE FOR US TO BE SUCCESSFUL.

That means we must attract, retain, and motivate people from many backgrounds and perspectives. Being diverse is not optional; it is what we must be.

Visiting the Peace Pagoda is always a pleasant experience. However, I found it challenging to photograph from a new and interesting angle as I have seen it photographed many times beforehand. This was a little frustrating, but I feel the images are acceptable. One challenge I did not expect to face was the shear number of flies! In some of the shots you could quite clearly see large groups of them flying around, which I had to try and removing during the editing process.
Even though they are basic wide shots, I find the general feeling of the location is appealing to the viewer. I tried to be more creative with close up shots, but it ended up feeling like I was taking away from the Pagoda as a whole by doing that.

TEAMWORK IS EVERYTHING.

While individual creativity is always encouraged, we have found that team effort often produces the best results. We have no room for those who put their personal interests ahead of the interests of the firm and its Clients.

Strong image in terms of representing the culture and diversity of Milton Keynes, however to me it doesn't look interesting enough to the casual viewer. In all honestly it looks like a bland pile of rocks.

WE CONSTANTLY STRIVE TO ANTICIPATE THE RAPIDLY CHANGING NEEDS OF OUR CLIENTS AND TO DEVELOP NEW SERVICES TO MEET THOSE NEEDS.

We know that the world will not stand still and that complacency can lead to extinction.

The motion blur gives this image more dynamism than it would have had without. It has a nice soft pallet of reds throughout, which make it easy to look at.

WE MUST ALWAYS BE FAIR COMPETITORS AND MUST NEVER DENIGRATE OTHER FIRMS.

We will point out our unique strengths and explain why they are important differentiators on the project.

Probably the most iconic part of the museum. I like the joint framing of the cow in the foreground and the tree in the background.
