My name is Jonathan, and I have a huge passion for capturing anything automotive.
WHO AM I?
My name is Jonathan Lester, a freelance automotive and motorsports photographer based in Warwickshire, however I am always enthusiastic about travelling for my work. Growing up watching motorsport, and all the things that come with it, has left me prone to a lifelong obsession with all things automotive. Photography is a more recent passion, which has led me to studying the subject at HNC level. Merging the two has given me great drive to pursue a career I genuinely savour. Currently I am the Dealership Photographer at a joint Jaguar Land Rover site, where I am responsible for photographing all used approved cars. This includes Sytner Select retail cars, which always exposes me to a wide variety of marques.
WHAT DO I DO?
Specialising in reportage style photography, with a relaxed, friendly demeanour. I see it as my job to tell stories with my images. This approach and consequent results please clients time after time. With a background in hospitality, being approachable and easy to work with comes naturally. I pride myself on my eye for detail, providing unique images.
